Pre-launch iPhone route

An iPhone snoring app for clearer overnight context, not a diagnosis.

SomnoRoute is preparing a private beta for iPhone users who want to organise night recording, snoring, movement, wakefulness and optional Apple Health context into report-ready evidence they can review over time.

Start with the night, not a conclusion

SomnoRoute is designed to make the timing and repetition of snoring easier to review. It can keep audio evidence, snore clusters, movement and wakefulness in one workflow, rather than treating a single night as an answer.

Keep Apple context optional

When permission is granted and data is available, Apple Health or Apple Watch context can sit beside overnight evidence. That context can help describe a night; it does not establish a medical cause.

Prepare a clearer report

Professional PDF reports are designed to organise patterns and notes for personal review or a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional. Read more about how to read a sleep report PDF.

Know when to seek advice

Loud persistent snoring, witnessed pauses in breathing, choking or gasping, daytime sleepiness or morning headaches are reasons to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. SomnoRoute does not diagnose sleep apnoea or any other condition.

iPhone snoring app FAQ

What to expect from the SomnoRoute private beta.

Is SomnoRoute available on the App Store?

No. SomnoRoute is pre-launch and private beta availability is handled through the early-access list; this page does not announce an App Store release.

Can I review more than one night?

Yes. The product direction is built around organising repeated nights so patterns, context and notes can be reviewed more calmly than a single isolated recording.

What can Apple Health add?

With permission and where data is available, Apple Health context can sit alongside the overnight record. It is optional context, not a diagnosis or substitute for clinical assessment.
