Recording issues

If the overnight recording looks incomplete, check the phone position, microphone access, battery setup, and whether the device stayed in the expected place overnight.

Missing connected data

If Oura Ring, Apple Health or Android Health Connect context is missing, confirm the permission is still enabled and that the source device recorded the relevant data.

Account deletion request

Email [email protected] with the subject line Account deletion request, your device type, and the email address associated with the account if one exists.
